Global warming is a danger issue we are facing on earth. All of us, including you, we are contributing in the destruction of earth with our daily life. We all feel the change in the climate but poor countries as in mid-Africa are mostly affected by the climate change. Hell, now its is spring and the temprature is about 40 Celius here in Kuwait.

I’m taking part in Earth Hour 2008 and I strongly recommend all of you to do the same.

Okay, Wednesday (March 12, 2008) was hell of a day. I had to do 4 things in 1. As the picture explains either attend Microsoft 2008 Launch Day event, IT seminar by Eng Manar AlHashash, go in a meeting schedule with my “Super Coder” team mates in Kuwait Science Club, or read my feeds (It can be delayed though, it got delayed).

I finally decided not to go to the meeting since my team mates can do it without me. I also had to skip half of the Microsoft event because I HAD to attend a seminar that we organized it. So my Schedule went like this:

8:00am – 9:15am: Electronics lecture

9:15am – 9:45am: Wasted time waiting for my friend Hassan who forgotten to charge his cell phone! He called me 30min late telling me that he went home after lecture to recharge the phone and call me! So I told him to meet me and Mohammed Ghazall in the event area.

10:10am – 11:45am: Attended Developer Track seminar titled “Break Through Challenges with Visual Studio 2008”.

12:30pm – 2:45pm: I.T seminar in campus.

3:10pm – 3:30pm: McDonalds! Me and Mohammad.

3:45pm – 5:15pm: Attended the Microsoft event in seminar titled “IIS 7 for the Developer” and “Raffle Draw/ Closing”. Funny that my supervisor Dr. Thalaya Al-Fozan won a prize on the draw, but he wasn’t there so they canceled it.

5:45pm – 7pm: Arrived late to my CCNA-2 class.

7:30pm – 8:30pm: Finally at home, extremely exhausted and wasted. Catching my breath and getting ready for whatever comes next.

8:30pm – 2:30am: Done my homework and studies.

3:00am – 6:30am: Sleeping… sleeping… sleeping…

Wednesday… What a day eh?… truly hell of a day!

What’s the point of this post? None… just wanted to write something.

Bad news guys! Really bad news… I was waiting the first anniversary of my blog through the whole year and now I missed it! Yes I missed it. It is in 2nd of March and now it’s the 10th. So I’m 8 days behind…

I’m going to do more technical post in coming day. I got few almost ready in the archive, I just need some free time to review it which is hard nowadays.

I have decided to Twitter in my blog and I’ll keep updating it with what I’m doing. It is in the right sidebar of the blog and I hope you guys like it.

I can update what I’m doing by mobile phone sms, email, Google talk, or by Twitter.com which is really convenient. I think I’m going to use talk indoors mostly and sms if I’m outside somewhere.

I finally decided to open an Arabic blog about tech and programming, same as this blog but in Arabic. I made this decision few months ago which is to open an Arabic blog but I waited until the right time comes. I think now it’s the right time so I decided to go and upload the new Arabic blog few days ago. If you can read Arabic, go ahead and check it out!

I’d like to start my year with these wonderful words of goddess and Faith.

We are at the New Year’s Eve and another year passes away at a glance. As I look back I don’t feel I have done much in 2007, no hell I don’t feel I have done much since I was born. Life is short and we have to take advantage of every moment God is providing us. Therefore, for the first time ever I’m going to set my own goals for 2008. Hurray!

Here’s the list of the goals:
– Do my duty to God and to mankind.
– Get more knowledge and experience in IT.
– Learn how to create better content.
– Get more involved in the IT world.
– Do better in my college studies.
– Do more in helping others in need.
– Better life balance.

What? Are you saying something? Oh yea, what do I expect in 2008?
– Be active member of CpE Socities. It’s a student socities in my college.
– Be active member of .NET Programming club I joined recently.
– Buying a new desktop PC… a powerful one I hope, just need to spend less money so I can have enough money for that. But it’s “kinda” difficult to do! Gadgets are driving me crazy…
– I’m going to start placing order for some IT books from amazon.com as I do it yearly or semi- yearly for almost 10 years. I feel I’m dedicated to Amazon lol!
– I’m expecting to travel to Canada. I have to do some paper works again in Toronto. I might travel there alone so I’m gonna use that opportunity to enjoy it there.
– Practice, practice, and practice for the ICPC competition.
– My father is going to start building a house and I gotta help him there. I want a fancy house with top in the line technology devices.
– Take control over the world!

A thought suddenly pop out of my head… wondering how many devices are connected to my network at home? I have 2 Ethernet hub with an access point connected to the Wan internet gateway. I got the following devices connected to the network:
– 5 laptops (Planning to buy 2 more)
– 2 desktop PCs (used to be 3)
– PlayStation 3
– PDA2K I-Mate
– External Hard disk. (Might get Drobo soon)

I still haven’t connected my satellite receiver O_o!

Holycow… lol funny way to start a post. But that’s true! I haven’t been reading my feeds for a week or more because I have been busy doing my school works. Look at the number of feeds I still got to read!
