Today is the day of Muslims’ Eid ul-Adha religious festival. In this Eid some Muslims go to Haj (pilgrimage) in Mecca to worship and get closer to God. Others celebrate the Eid by visiting relatives and friends.

Holycow… lol funny way to start a post. But that’s true! I haven’t been reading my feeds for a week or more because I have been busy doing my school works. Look at the number of feeds I still got to read!

Oh god! it’s gonna take forever!

Or should I say Chanukkah? Spelling doesn’t matter. Different parts of the world has different spellings but the word Hanukkah in Jewish means “dedication”. Today is December 12, the last day of Hanukkah Festival.

Hanukkah, aka Festival of Light, is an annual 8 days Jewish holiday to celebrate and to commemorate the rededication of the Second Temple which was burned by the Greek empire. The temple was located in the occupied Palastine territory. This festival involves 8 candles each one is lighten-up in each of the Hanukkah holiday.

I do not celebrate this festival but it is nice to know other’s culture and festivals.
